Lauren Cushion is the Principal of El Paso Adventist Junior Academy where she leads with vision and dedication, ensuring academic excellence and holistic student development. She holds two master’s degrees, one in Education in Guidance and Counseling, and the second in Social Work. This enhances her ability to guide and support students in their academic and personal growth.
Her teaching portfolio includes Middle School Science, High School English, and Art, showcasing her versatility and passion for education. As the High School Academic Advisor, Lauren guides students in their educational and career pathways, helping them navigate their future aspirations with confidence.
Lauren also organizes University Experience Trips, allowing students to explore higher education environments, broaden their perspectives, and prepare for their academic journeys ahead. Her leadership integrates a strong spiritual component, inspiring students to deepen their faith and character through Bible study, prayer, and service opportunities.
